Shipping Policy
Effective date: August 13, 2026
Last updated: August 13, 2026
This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through www.jewelixatelier.com and forms part of the Jewelix Atelier Terms and Conditions. It should be read together with our Terms and Conditions and Return, Refund, and Replacement Policy.
1. Complimentary Insured Worldwide Shipping
Jewelix Atelier provides complimentary standard insured shipping on all orders to destinations we currently serve worldwide. Availability may depend on the destination, applicable trade restrictions, carrier serviceability, and our ability to ship the order safely and lawfully.
Complimentary shipping covers the standard delivery service selected by Jewelix Atelier. It does not include expedited shipping, import duties, customs charges, VAT, GST, sales or use taxes, brokerage fees, local clearance charges, remote-area surcharges, return shipping, or similar destination charges unless we expressly confirm otherwise in writing or they are shown as included at checkout.
2. Countries We Serve
Our principal markets include the United States, United Kingdom, Türkiye, and Australia. We may also accept orders for other supported destinations.
We do not ship to countries or persons subject to applicable sanctions or trade restrictions. We may also be unable to ship to certain P.O. boxes, parcel lockers, freight-forwarding addresses, hotels, temporary addresses, or locations that cannot be serviced securely by our carrier.
3. Production and Processing Times
Most Jewelix Atelier jewellery is made to order. The estimated production time is generally approximately 10 business days after payment authorization and, where applicable, confirmation of the design, ring size, engraving, stone selection, or other order specifications.
Ready-to-ship items may require up to five business days of processing time for payment verification, quality inspection, packaging, and dispatch.
Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays observed at the relevant production or dispatch location. Production does not begin until the required payment has cleared and all information or approvals needed from the customer have been received.
Custom, complex, high-value, or specially sourced orders may require additional time. The estimated production or delivery period displayed on the product page, at checkout, or in the order confirmation is an estimate unless Jewelix Atelier expressly confirms a guaranteed date in writing.
4. Order Verification
For security and fraud prevention, we may request reasonable identity, billing, shipping, or payment verification before production or dispatch. An order may be delayed if the requested information is incomplete or cannot be verified.
We will never request your complete payment-card number or card security code by ordinary email.
5. Dispatch Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send a shipping-confirmation email containing tracking information where available. Tracking may take a short time to become active after the carrier collects the parcel.
An order containing multiple products may be shipped in more than one parcel. Where practical, we will inform you if an order is split into separate shipments.
6. Delivery Estimates and Delays
Any delivery date is an estimate unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Delivery time begins after dispatch and does not include production time.
Delivery may be affected by customs processing, carrier disruptions, severe weather, public holidays, security checks, incorrect address information, remote destinations, governmental restrictions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If we learn that we cannot dispatch within the time promised, we will notify you and provide an updated estimate. Where required by applicable law, you will be given the choice to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a refund. This includes applicable protections for customers in the United States, United Kingdom, Türkiye, and Australia.
Jewelix Atelier is not responsible for a customs or carrier delay outside its reasonable control, but we will reasonably assist with tracking and investigation. Nothing in this Policy limits any mandatory right relating to delayed or undelivered goods.
7. Shipping Method and Expedited Delivery
Jewelix Atelier normally selects the carrier and insured service based on the destination, parcel value, security requirements, and service availability. A particular carrier is not guaranteed unless we confirm it in writing.
Expedited shipping may be available for an additional charge. Expedited shipping reduces carrier transit time only and does not shorten production, verification, customs, or processing time unless expressly agreed in writing.
8. International Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be reviewed, inspected, or delayed by the customs authority of the destination country.
Unless checkout or your order confirmation expressly states that duties and taxes are included, the recipient is responsible for:
- import duties, customs charges, VAT, GST, sales or use taxes;
- brokerage, storage, handling, or local clearance fees;
- providing identification, tax numbers, import documentation, or other information required for clearance; and
- complying with the import rules of the destination country.
These charges are imposed by government authorities, carriers, or brokers and are not controlled by Jewelix Atelier. Contact your local customs authority before ordering if you need an estimate or information about import requirements.
If a parcel is refused, unclaimed, or cannot be delivered because required duties, taxes, information, or clearance steps are not completed, it may be returned, held, abandoned, or destroyed in accordance with carrier or customs procedures. To the extent permitted by law, any refund may be reduced by non-recoverable duties, taxes, return freight, storage, brokerage, and other reasonable costs actually incurred. Custom or personalized products remain subject to the return restrictions stated in our Return, Refund, and Replacement Policy. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
9. Delivery Address and Address Changes
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate recipient name, delivery address, telephone number, email address, and any customs information required at checkout.
Contact support@jewelixatelier.com immediately if you need to request an address correction. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order is confirmed or dispatched. For security reasons, a high-value order may need to be delivered only to a verified billing or approved address.
Where an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer causes delay, redirection, loss, or return, the customer may be responsible for reasonable re-shipping, redirection, return, customs, and related costs to the extent permitted by law.
10. Signature and Secure Delivery
A signature, identification check, one-time password, or other secure-delivery confirmation may be required. Please ensure that an authorized adult is available to receive the parcel.
The carrier may make a limited number of delivery attempts or hold the parcel for collection. It is the customer’s responsibility to follow tracking updates and respond to reasonable carrier requests. We cannot guarantee a request to leave a high-value parcel unattended, and the carrier’s secure-delivery rules may apply.
11. Damaged or Tampered Parcels
Please inspect the outer parcel carefully for visible damage, opening, resealing, or tampering before signing for delivery. If visible damage is present, where reasonably possible:
- ask the carrier to record the damage or tampering;
- photograph all sides of the parcel, shipping label, seals, and affected areas;
- do not discard any packaging, documents, labels, or contents; and
- contact Jewelix Atelier promptly at support@jewelixatelier.com.
If damage, missing contents, or tampering becomes apparent only after opening, contact us as soon as reasonably possible and preferably within 48 hours after delivery so that we can preserve evidence and open a carrier or insurance investigation. The 48-hour request helps us investigate and is not intended to remove any mandatory legal right where notice is given later.
Do not return the parcel without receiving written instructions from Jewelix Atelier. We may request photographs, video, a carrier report, proof of identification, a signed statement, or inspection of the parcel and item as reasonably necessary to investigate the claim.
12. Lost or Undelivered Parcels
If tracking shows no movement for an unusual period, or if a parcel is marked delivered but cannot be located, contact us promptly at support@jewelixatelier.com. Please also check with household members, reception, building management, neighbours, and any safe location identified by the carrier.
We will ask the carrier to investigate where appropriate. Carrier investigations may take time, and we may require reasonable documentation or cooperation from the recipient. If the parcel is confirmed lost before risk has legally passed to the customer, we will provide the remedy required by applicable law, which may include replacement or refund.
13. Risk of Loss and Title
Risk of loss or damage passes at the time required by the mandatory law applicable to the order. Where consumer law requires Jewelix Atelier to remain responsible until the customer, or a person identified by the customer, physically receives the goods, this Policy does not transfer risk earlier.
If you independently appoint a carrier that was not offered or arranged by Jewelix Atelier, risk may pass when the goods are delivered to that carrier where permitted by applicable law.
14. Gift Packaging
Orders placed on www.jewelixatelier.com are eligible for complimentary Jewelix Atelier gift packaging where the option is available. Gift packaging may include an additional wrap and a printed gift note.
Gift messages are printed substantially as entered by the customer. Please check spelling, names, and punctuation carefully and do not use emojis or unsupported characters. We may omit unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content.
For sustainability and security, multiple products may be combined in one jewellery box unless separate gift packaging is requested and available. Gift packaging does not change the customs declaration, invoice requirements, return eligibility, or value declared for shipping and insurance.
15. Standard Packaging and Documentation
Each order is securely packaged and normally includes a Jewelix Atelier jewellery box and applicable product documentation. A Jewelix Atelier certificate of authenticity may be included where applicable.
Where a laboratory grading report is included, the relevant laboratory will be identified in the product listing or order documentation. Not every product or laboratory-grown diamond is independently graded or certified. Packaging and documentation may vary by product and destination.
16. Returns
Complimentary outbound shipping does not automatically include return shipping. Returns must be authorized in advance and sent according to our written instructions. Please refer to our Return, Refund, and Replacement Policy for the 30-day eligibility period, exclusions for custom or personalized jewellery, return-shipping responsibilities, inspection requirements, and refund process.
Do not send a return to our registered office or any other address without written authorization.
17. Mandatory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Shipping Policy excludes or restricts a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable protections under U.S. federal or state law, UK consumer law, Turkish consumer law, and the Australian Consumer Law. If a mandatory local rule provides greater protection than this Policy, that rule applies.
