    LEGAL & PRIVACY

    Terms & Condition

    Last updated: August 2026

    You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. By using the Site, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract and that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

    You may use the Site only for lawful personal or legitimate business purposes. You must not misuse the Site, interfere with its security or operation, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content without permission, or use our content or products for fraudulent or unlawful activity.

    You may purchase through a customer account or, where available, as a guest. Guest checkout does not automatically create a customer account.

    If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity conducted through your account. Please notify us promptly at support@jewelixatelier.com if you suspect unauthorized access or use.

    We may suspend or close an account where reasonably necessary to protect customers, prevent fraud, enforce these Terms, or comply with law.

    We aim to describe and display our jewellery accurately, including metal type and purity, diamond or gemstone type, carat weight, dimensions, colour, clarity, setting, certification, and other material characteristics where applicable.

    Because jewellery is handcrafted and laboratory-grown diamonds and gemstones may have individual characteristics, minor variations may occur in colour, shade, dimensions, weight, finish, setting, and appearance. Carat weights and measurements may be approximate and subject to customary manufacturing tolerances. Product colours may also appear differently depending on your device, display settings, lighting, and photography.

    All diamonds sold by Jewelix Atelier are laboratory-grown diamonds. We do not sell natural or mined diamonds. Laboratory-grown diamonds, any treatments, other gemstones, simulated stones, and metal qualities will be identified in the relevant product description as applicable. The terms “diamond,” “lab-grown diamond,” or “laboratory-grown diamond” used on the Site refer to laboratory-grown diamonds unless expressly stated otherwise. You are responsible for reviewing the complete product description and selected options before placing an order.

    Images may be enlarged to show detail and may not represent actual size. Packaging shown in photographs is illustrative unless expressly included in the product description.

    Where a product includes an independent grading report or certificate, the applicable laboratory will be identified in the product description or order documentation. Not every item or stone is independently certified.

    Diamond and gemstone grading represents the independent laboratory’s professional opinion at the time of grading and is not a guarantee by Jewelix Atelier that another laboratory or appraiser will assign identical grades. A grading report is not a valuation or appraisal. Certification details and report numbers may be subject to verification before dispatch.

    “Custom or Personalized Products” include items made, engraved, resized, modified, or sourced to your specifications, including selections relating to ring size, metal or gold purity, metal colour, diamond or gemstone, setting, inscription, dimensions, design, or other individualized requirements.

    You are responsible for checking all specifications, spelling, sizes, measurements, design approvals, and other instructions before approving production. Once production, stone allocation, engraving, resizing, or sourcing has begun, changes or cancellation may not be possible and may involve additional charges.

    Computer-aided design images, renders, sketches, and samples are visual guides. Reasonable differences may arise in the finished handcrafted product due to scale, materials, stone proportions, setting requirements, and manufacturing tolerances.

    Custom or Personalized Products are generally final sale and are not eligible for change-of-mind return or exchange, except where required by applicable law or where the item is defective, damaged on delivery, materially different from the approved specifications, or incorrectly supplied by us.

    Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the Site or at checkout. Currency conversions displayed by the Site or a payment provider may be estimates, and your card issuer or bank may apply its own conversion rate or fees.

    Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices do not include import duties, customs charges, brokerage fees, local taxes, or similar government charges payable in the destination country.

    We take reasonable care to ensure pricing and product information are accurate. If a material pricing, typographical, technical, or description error occurs, we may contact you for instructions, correct the error, or cancel and refund the affected order. We will not knowingly enforce an obviously incorrect price.

    Prices and promotions may change without notice, but changes will not affect an order already accepted by us, except where required to correct an agreed error or comply with law.

    After you place an order, we may send an acknowledgment email confirming receipt. This acknowledgment does not mean that we have accepted your order.

    An order is accepted, and a binding sales contract is formed, when we send an order-confirmation or dispatch-confirmation email, or when we otherwise expressly confirm acceptance. For custom work, acceptance may also be subject to design approval, stone availability, production feasibility, and receipt of any required deposit or full payment.

    All orders are subject to availability, payment authorization, fraud and compliance checks, shipping restrictions, and our ability to fulfill the selected specifications. Items in a shopping cart are not reserved until the order is accepted.

    We may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including unavailability, suspected fraud, payment failure, sanctions or legal restrictions, incorrect pricing, inability to verify customer information, or inability to meet requested specifications. If we cancel after receiving cleared funds, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method, subject to law.

    We may contact you if a selected stone or component becomes unavailable and may offer a comparable alternative. No substitution will be made for a material component without your approval.

    Payment methods available to you will be displayed at checkout and may vary by country, currency, order value, and payment-provider eligibility. We may accept Shopify Payments and major credit or debit cards in supported markets, including the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, and Türkiye. Customers in other countries may use the card or other payment options made available at checkout.

    By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers and may be subject to verification, authorization, security checks, and the provider’s own terms and privacy practices.

    Your order will not enter production or fulfillment until the required payment or deposit has been successfully authorized and received. We are not responsible for delay caused by a bank, card issuer, payment provider, incorrect billing details, verification request, or payment refusal, except to the extent required by law.

    If a payment is reversed, charged back, or found to be unauthorized, we may suspend fulfillment, cancel the order, or pursue lawful recovery of amounts due.

    To protect customers and prevent fraud, we may request reasonable identity, billing, shipping, or payment verification before accepting or dispatching an order. We will handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

    Failure to complete required verification may delay or result in cancellation of an order. We will never ask you to send a full payment-card number or card security code by ordinary email.

    Ready-to-ship, made-to-order, and custom items have different preparation times. Any production or delivery date shown on the Site or communicated to you is an estimate unless we expressly agree in writing that it is guaranteed.

    Delays may occur because of customization, stone sourcing, quality control, payment or identity verification, carrier disruption, customs clearance, severe weather, public holidays, force majeure events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Where a mandatory delivery deadline applies under local consumer law, your statutory rights remain unaffected.

    If an order contains multiple items, we may ship them separately. We will provide tracking information where available.

    We offer complimentary standard shipping to destinations we serve worldwide, unless a product page, promotion, or checkout expressly states otherwise. “Complimentary shipping” covers the shipping charge selected by us and does not automatically include import duties, customs fees, brokerage charges, local taxes, return shipping, remote-area surcharges, or other destination charges.

    International orders may be inspected or delayed by customs authorities. Unless checkout expressly states that duties and taxes are included, you are the importer of record and are responsible for complying with destination-country requirements and paying all duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees, and related assessments.

    If you refuse delivery or fail to pay required destination charges, the parcel may be returned, abandoned, or destroyed. To the extent permitted by law, any refund may be reduced by non-recoverable duties, carrier charges, return costs, and other reasonable costs actually incurred. This does not affect rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

    We may decline to ship to restricted destinations, freight-forwarding addresses, P.O. boxes, or locations that cannot be served safely or lawfully.

    Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by you, although we will reasonably assist where possible.

    Signature may be required. Before accepting the parcel, inspect it for visible damage or tampering. If you notice an issue, photograph the parcel and, where reasonably possible, note the damage with the carrier. Contact us promptly at support@jewelixatelier.com and retain all packaging, labels, documents, and the item while we investigate.

    For U.S. orders, risk of loss passes as provided by applicable law. For international consumer orders, risk passes at the time required by the mandatory law applicable to the transaction. Nothing in these Terms transfers risk earlier than permitted by law.

    Returns, exchanges, and cancellations are governed by our Return, Refund, and Replacement Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In the event of conflict, mandatory consumer law prevails.

    For an eligible, non-customized item, you may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. To begin a return, you must email support@jewelixatelier.com within that 30-day period and receive written return authorization and instructions. Unless mandatory law requires a longer period, a request made after 30 days may be declined.

    An approved return must be dispatched within the time stated in our return instructions. The item must be unworn, unused, unaltered, undamaged, and in its original saleable condition, with all original tags, packaging, accessories, grading reports, and documents. All returns are subject to inspection. Where permitted by law, we may decline a discretionary return or deduct an amount reflecting diminished value if these conditions are not met.

    Approved refunds will ordinarily be made to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Original expedited-shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, currency-conversion charges, and other third-party charges are non-refundable unless applicable law requires otherwise. Processing times may vary by bank or payment provider.

    Unless otherwise stated in that policy:

    • Custom or Personalized Products—including jewellery made or modified according to a selected ring size, engraving, metal specification, stone specification, design, or other individual instruction—are not returnable or exchangeable for change of mind, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
    • Loose diamonds or gemstones specifically sourced, reserved, or purchased for your order may be final sale once sourcing or allocation has begun.
    • Earrings and other pierced jewellery may be non-returnable for hygiene reasons where permitted by law and where the hygiene seal has been removed.
    • An item must not be worn, altered, resized by another jeweller, engraved after delivery, damaged, or separated from accompanying documentation, grading reports, tags, or packaging if you wish to request a discretionary return.
    • A return is not authorized until you receive written return instructions from us. Do not send jewellery to the registered office or any other address without authorization.

    Country-Specific Consumer Rights

    United States: Our 30-day return policy applies to eligible items in addition to any non-waivable rights available under applicable federal or state law. No general federal cooling-off right is represented for ordinary online purchases; the disclosed return policy and applicable state law govern, except where another mandatory rule applies.

    United Kingdom: For eligible non-personalized goods purchased online, consumers retain applicable cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, including the right to notify us of cancellation within 14 days after delivery and then return the goods within the legally prescribed period. Our 30-day return period provides additional time to request an eligible return under our policy. Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized are generally excluded from change-of-mind cancellation rights. Rights concerning goods that are faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality remain unaffected.

    Türkiye: Consumers retain any mandatory withdrawal and defective-goods rights available under Turkish consumer law for distance contracts. Where applicable, this generally includes a 14-day withdrawal right for eligible distance purchases. Goods prepared according to the consumer’s requests or personal needs may be excluded from change-of-mind withdrawal rights. Our 30-day return period applies to eligible items as an additional contractual policy and does not reduce mandatory Turkish rights.

    Australia: Our 30-day return policy covers eligible change-of-mind returns, but it does not restrict the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. Those guarantees may entitle a consumer to a repair, replacement, refund, cancellation, or compensation where goods fail to meet a statutory guarantee. These rights may continue beyond both our 30-day return period and our six-month voluntary warranty. Customization does not remove rights relating to defective, unsafe, misdescribed, or otherwise non-compliant goods.

    For customers in any country, nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory rights relating to faulty, damaged, unsafe, misdescribed, or incorrectly supplied goods. If local law grants greater protection than these Terms, the mandatory local protection applies.

    Unless required by law or expressly agreed by us, the customer is responsible for secure, tracked, and adequately insured return shipping and for complying with export and customs requirements. We are not responsible for an unauthorized return or for a return lost or damaged before it reaches the authorized return location, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

    If an item arrives damaged, defective, materially not as described, or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly at support@jewelixatelier.com with your order number, photographs, and a description of the issue.

    We may request inspection by us or an approved specialist before determining the appropriate remedy. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, the remedy may include repair, replacement, correction, partial refund, or full refund. Where the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will cover reasonable authorized shipping costs where required by law or agreed by us.

    Do not arrange a repair, resizing, or alteration through a third party before we review the claim. Unauthorized work may limit any voluntary warranty remedy if it causes or contributes to the issue, but it does not remove statutory rights that cannot be excluded.

    Any written voluntary warranty offered with a product is in addition to, and does not replace, mandatory consumer rights. Unless a longer period is stated on the product page or warranty documentation, Jewelix Atelier provides a six-month limited warranty from the delivery date against manufacturing defects in the jewellery workmanship.

    The voluntary warranty does not cover normal wear and tear; scratches; loss of polish or plating; accidental damage; impact; misuse; improper storage or cleaning; exposure to chemicals; bent, stretched, or broken components caused by wear or force; gradual loosening or loss of stones; size changes; theft or loss; or repair, resizing, or alteration by a third party that causes or contributes to the problem.

    Jewellery requires periodic inspection and maintenance, especially prongs, clasps, settings, and frequently worn rings. You are responsible for reasonable care of the item.

    Warranty service requires prior authorization. Shipping, insurance, customs procedures, duties, and taxes for an international warranty return will be handled as stated in the applicable warranty or return instructions and subject to mandatory law. Do not send any item before receiving written instructions. The expiry of this six-month voluntary warranty does not end any statutory consumer guarantee or remedy that applies for a longer period, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law, UK consumer law, Turkish consumer law, or applicable U.S. federal or state law.

    Promotions, discount codes, store credits, and gift cards may be subject to additional terms, expiry rules where lawful, product exclusions, minimum purchase values, and territorial restrictions. Unless expressly stated, offers cannot be combined, have no cash value, and cannot be applied retroactively.

    We may withdraw or correct a promotion affected by fraud, misuse, technical error, or an obvious pricing mistake, subject to applicable law.

    The Site and its content—including the Jewelix Atelier name and branding, logos, product names, jewellery designs, photographs, videos, graphics, text, software, layouts, and other materials—are owned by or licensed to Jewelix Atelier and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

    We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Site for personal shopping or legitimate evaluation of our products. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, commercially exploit, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from Site content or jewellery designs without prior written permission.

    Submitting a custom request does not transfer our pre-existing design rights, production methods, CAD elements, or intellectual property to you. You must have the right to provide any design, logo, image, inscription, or other material you ask us to use, and you are responsible for claims arising from material you supply.

    If you submit a review, photograph, testimonial, suggestion, or other content, you confirm that it is truthful, lawful, does not infringe another person’s rights, and does not contain malicious code or confidential information.

    You retain ownership of your content but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, display, adapt for formatting, and use it in connection with operating and promoting Jewelix Atelier, unless prohibited by law. We may remove unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, irrelevant, or misleading content, but we are not required to publish every submission.

    The Site may use or link to third-party services, including payment processors, carriers, grading laboratories, social platforms, and other websites. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their independent content, availability, security, terms, or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party service may be governed by that provider’s terms.

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the Site will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

    Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence where such liability cannot be excluded, breach of mandatory consumer rights, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

    Subject to the preceding paragraph and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Jewelix Atelier will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill, or data arising from use of the Site or purchase of a product.

    Where liability may lawfully be limited, our aggregate liability relating to a particular order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by applicable law.

    If you use the Site or purchase products for business purposes, or if your unlawful conduct causes a third-party claim, you agree—where permitted by law—to indemnify Jewelix Atelier against reasonable losses, liabilities, and expenses arising directly from your breach of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, or misuse of the Site. This clause does not apply to ordinary consumer use to the extent prohibited by law.

    We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, war, terrorism, epidemic, labour disruption, carrier or customs interruption, governmental action, sanctions, internet or utility failure, or supply-chain disruption. We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect of the event and will honor any non-waivable rights you have under applicable law.

    You may not purchase, export, re-export, transfer, or use our products in violation of applicable trade sanctions, anti-money-laundering laws, export controls, customs rules, or other legal restrictions. We may request information or decline, hold, or cancel a transaction where reasonably necessary for legal or compliance purposes.

    The Site may use or link to third-party services, including payment processors, carriers, grading laboratories, social platforms, and other websites. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their independent content, availability, security, terms, or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party service may be governed by that provider’s terms.

    These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

    If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory protections available under the laws of your habitual residence. You may also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts available to you under mandatory local consumer law.

    Before commencing formal proceedings, we encourage you to contact support@jewelixatelier.com so that we can try to resolve the matter promptly. Nothing in this clause requires you to waive a legal right or use an informal process where the law does not permit such a requirement.

    We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our business, Site, services, or legal obligations. The revised version will be posted on the Site with a new “Last updated” date. Changes apply prospectively from publication and will not retroactively alter an order already accepted unless required by law or expressly agreed with you.

    Your continued use of the Site after revised Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms for future use. Please review this page periodically.

    If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.

    These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Return, Refund, and Replacement Policy, applicable warranty terms, product description, and order confirmation, form the agreement between you and Jewelix Atelier relating to your use of the Site and purchase. If order-specific written terms expressly conflict with these general Terms, the order-specific terms control to the extent of that conflict, subject to mandatory law.

    Shipping Policy

    Last updated: August 2026

    Jewelix Atelier provides complimentary standard insured shipping on all orders to destinations we currently serve worldwide. Availability may depend on the destination, applicable trade restrictions, carrier serviceability, and our ability to ship the order safely and lawfully.

    Complimentary shipping covers the standard delivery service selected by Jewelix Atelier. It does not include expedited shipping, import duties, customs charges, VAT, GST, sales or use taxes, brokerage fees, local clearance charges, remote-area surcharges, return shipping, or similar destination charges unless we expressly confirm otherwise in writing or they are shown as included at checkout.

    Our principal markets include the United States, United Kingdom, Türkiye, and Australia. We may also accept orders for other supported destinations.

    We do not ship to countries or persons subject to applicable sanctions or trade restrictions. We may also be unable to ship to certain P.O. boxes, parcel lockers, freight-forwarding addresses, hotels, temporary addresses, or locations that cannot be serviced securely by our carrier.

    Most Jewelix Atelier jewellery is made to order. The estimated production time is generally approximately 10 business days after payment authorization and, where applicable, confirmation of the design, ring size, engraving, stone selection, or other order specifications.

    Ready-to-ship items may require up to five business days of processing time for payment verification, quality inspection, packaging, and dispatch.

    Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays observed at the relevant production or dispatch location. Production does not begin until the required payment has cleared and all information or approvals needed from the customer have been received.

    Custom, complex, high-value, or specially sourced orders may require additional time. The estimated production or delivery period displayed on the product page, at checkout, or in the order confirmation is an estimate unless Jewelix Atelier expressly confirms a guaranteed date in writing.

    For security and fraud prevention, we may request reasonable identity, billing, shipping, or payment verification before production or dispatch. An order may be delayed if the requested information is incomplete or cannot be verified.

    We will never request your complete payment-card number or card security code by ordinary email.

    Once your order has been dispatched, we will send a shipping-confirmation email containing tracking information where available. Tracking may take a short time to become active after the carrier collects the parcel.

    An order containing multiple products may be shipped in more than one parcel. Where practical, we will inform you if an order is split into separate shipments.

    Any delivery date is an estimate unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Delivery time begins after dispatch and does not include production time.

    Delivery may be affected by customs processing, carrier disruptions, severe weather, public holidays, security checks, incorrect address information, remote destinations, governmental restrictions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

    If we learn that we cannot dispatch within the time promised, we will notify you and provide an updated estimate. Where required by applicable law, you will be given the choice to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a refund. This includes applicable protections for customers in the United States, United Kingdom, Türkiye, and Australia.

    Jewelix Atelier is not responsible for a customs or carrier delay outside its reasonable control, but we will reasonably assist with tracking and investigation. Nothing in this Policy limits any mandatory right relating to delayed or undelivered goods.

    Jewelix Atelier normally selects the carrier and insured service based on the destination, parcel value, security requirements, and service availability. A particular carrier is not guaranteed unless we confirm it in writing.

    Expedited shipping may be available for an additional charge. Expedited shipping reduces carrier transit time only and does not shorten production, verification, customs, or processing time unless expressly agreed in writing.

    International orders may be reviewed, inspected, or delayed by the customs authority of the destination country.

    Unless checkout or your order confirmation expressly states that duties and taxes are included, the recipient is responsible for:

    • import duties, customs charges, VAT, GST, sales or use taxes;
    • brokerage, storage, handling, or local clearance fees;
    • providing identification, tax numbers, import documentation, or other information required for clearance; and
    • complying with the import rules of the destination country.

    These charges are imposed by government authorities, carriers, or brokers and are not controlled by Jewelix Atelier. Contact your local customs authority before ordering if you need an estimate or information about import requirements.

    If a parcel is refused, unclaimed, or cannot be delivered because required duties, taxes, information, or clearance steps are not completed, it may be returned, held, abandoned, or destroyed in accordance with carrier or customs procedures. To the extent permitted by law, any refund may be reduced by non-recoverable duties, taxes, return freight, storage, brokerage, and other reasonable costs actually incurred. Custom or personalized products remain subject to the return restrictions stated in our Return, Refund, and Replacement Policy. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

    You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate recipient name, delivery address, telephone number, email address, and any customs information required at checkout.

    Contact support@jewelixatelier.com immediately if you need to request an address correction. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order is confirmed or dispatched. For security reasons, a high-value order may need to be delivered only to a verified billing or approved address.

    Where an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer causes delay, redirection, loss, or return, the customer may be responsible for reasonable re-shipping, redirection, return, customs, and related costs to the extent permitted by law.

    A signature, identification check, one-time password, or other secure-delivery confirmation may be required. Please ensure that an authorized adult is available to receive the parcel.

    The carrier may make a limited number of delivery attempts or hold the parcel for collection. It is the customer’s responsibility to follow tracking updates and respond to reasonable carrier requests. We cannot guarantee a request to leave a high-value parcel unattended, and the carrier’s secure-delivery rules may apply.

    Please inspect the outer parcel carefully for visible damage, opening, resealing, or tampering before signing for delivery. If visible damage is present, where reasonably possible:

    • ask the carrier to record the damage or tampering;
    • photograph all sides of the parcel, shipping label, seals, and affected areas;
    • do not discard any packaging, documents, labels, or contents; and
    • contact Jewelix Atelier promptly at support@jewelixatelier.com.

    If damage, missing contents, or tampering becomes apparent only after opening, contact us as soon as reasonably possible and preferably within 48 hours after delivery so that we can preserve evidence and open a carrier or insurance investigation. The 48-hour request helps us investigate and is not intended to remove any mandatory legal right where notice is given later.

    Do not return the parcel without receiving written instructions from Jewelix Atelier. We may request photographs, video, a carrier report, proof of identification, a signed statement, or inspection of the parcel and item as reasonably necessary to investigate the claim.

    If tracking shows no movement for an unusual period, or if a parcel is marked delivered but cannot be located, contact us promptly at support@jewelixatelier.com. Please also check with household members, reception, building management, neighbours, and any safe location identified by the carrier.

    We will ask the carrier to investigate where appropriate. Carrier investigations may take time, and we may require reasonable documentation or cooperation from the recipient. If the parcel is confirmed lost before risk has legally passed to the customer, we will provide the remedy required by applicable law, which may include replacement or refund.

    Risk of loss or damage passes at the time required by the mandatory law applicable to the order. Where consumer law requires Jewelix Atelier to remain responsible until the customer, or a person identified by the customer, physically receives the goods, this Policy does not transfer risk earlier.

    If you independently appoint a carrier that was not offered or arranged by Jewelix Atelier, risk may pass when the goods are delivered to that carrier where permitted by applicable law.

    Orders placed on www.jewelixatelier.com are eligible for complimentary Jewelix Atelier gift packaging where the option is available. Gift packaging may include an additional wrap and a printed gift note.

    Gift messages are printed substantially as entered by the customer. Please check spelling, names, and punctuation carefully and do not use emojis or unsupported characters. We may omit unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content.

    For sustainability and security, multiple products may be combined in one jewellery box unless separate gift packaging is requested and available. Gift packaging does not change the customs declaration, invoice requirements, return eligibility, or value declared for shipping and insurance.

    Each order is securely packaged and normally includes a Jewelix Atelier jewellery box and applicable product documentation. A Jewelix Atelier certificate of authenticity may be included where applicable.

    Where a laboratory grading report is included, the relevant laboratory will be identified in the product listing or order documentation. Not every product or laboratory-grown diamond is independently graded or certified. Packaging and documentation may vary by product and destination.

    Complimentary outbound shipping does not automatically include return shipping. Returns must be authorized in advance and sent according to our written instructions. Please refer to our Return, Refund, and Replacement Policy for the 30-day eligibility period, exclusions for custom or personalized jewellery, return-shipping responsibilities, inspection requirements, and refund process.

    Do not send a return to our registered office or any other address without written authorization

    Nothing in this Shipping Policy excludes or restricts a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable protections under U.S. federal or state law, UK consumer law, Turkish consumer law, and the Australian Consumer Law. If a mandatory local rule provides greater protection than this Policy, that rule applies.

    Return & Policy

    Last updated: August 2026

    At Jewelix Atelier, we want you to purchase with confidence. This Policy explains when an order may be returned, refunded, exchanged, changed, or cancelled. It applies to purchases made through www.jewelixatelier.com and forms part of our Terms and Conditions.

    Nothing in this Policy excludes or restricts a consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted in the customer’s country or state.

    You may request a return or exchange of an eligible, non-customized item within 30 calendar days after the date of delivery. The period begins on the day after delivery is completed.

    To exercise this policy, you must contact us at support@jewelixatelier.com within the 30-day period and receive written return authorization and return instructions. A product sent without authorization, sent to an incorrect address, or dispatched after the authorized return deadline may be refused to the extent permitted by law.

    The 30-day period applies to voluntary change-of-mind returns. A claim involving a defective, damaged, unsafe, misdescribed, or incorrectly supplied product may remain available after 30 days where provided by our six-month limited warranty or mandatory consumer law.

    To qualify for a voluntary return, refund, or exchange, the item must:

    • be an eligible, non-customized product;
    • be unworn, unused, undamaged, unaltered, and in its original saleable condition;
    • not have been resized, engraved, repaired, cleaned, or modified by the customer or another jeweller;
    • include all original tags, jewellery boxes, accessories, gifts included with purchase, grading reports, certificates, and product documentation; and
    • be returned in secure protective packaging according to our written instructions.

    All returns are inspected. Jewellery showing wear, damage, alteration, missing components, or handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it may be refused or may be subject to a deduction for diminished value where permitted by law.

    These packaging and condition requirements apply to voluntary change-of-mind returns. They do not remove mandatory rights relating to faulty or non-compliant goods. Original packaging is not required where mandatory law provides otherwise for a valid defective-product claim.

    Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, we do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges for:

    • custom, personalized, resized, engraved, altered, or made-to-order products;
    • loose laboratory-grown diamonds or gemstones specifically sourced, reserved, or allocated for an order;
    • earrings or other pierced jewellery after a hygiene seal has been removed, where the hygiene exception is permitted by law;
    • products marked “Final Sale” before purchase;
    • products worn, used, damaged, altered, repaired, resized, engraved, or modified after delivery;
    • products returned without required documentation, grading reports, or certificates, subject to Section 8; or
    • products returned outside the applicable period without our written approval.

    A sale, promotion, or discount does not automatically make an item final sale unless this was clearly disclosed before purchase.

    If your order arrives damaged, has a suspected manufacturing defect, is materially not as described, does not match the approved specifications, or is not the product ordered, contact us promptly at support@jewelixatelier.com or +1 (307) 220-4018.

    Please provide:

    • your order number and contact details;
    • a description of the issue;
    • clear photographs or video of the product, parcel, labels, seals, and packaging; and
    • any other information reasonably required for inspection or a carrier claim.

    If visible parcel damage or tampering is present, ask the carrier to record it where reasonably possible. You do not need to refuse delivery in order to preserve a mandatory consumer right. If damage or missing contents are discovered after opening, notify us as soon as reasonably possible and preferably within 48 hours so that evidence can be preserved. This preferred reporting period does not shorten any mandatory legal deadline.

    We may request inspection by Jewelix Atelier or an authorized specialist. Do not arrange repair, resizing, cleaning, or alteration through a third party before we review the claim. Unauthorized work may affect a voluntary warranty claim if it causes or contributes to the issue, but it does not eliminate a statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

    Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, the remedy may include repair, replacement, correction, exchange, partial refund, or full refund. Where the problem is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will bear reasonable authorized return costs where required by law.

    Jewelix Atelier provides a six-month limited warranty from the delivery date against manufacturing defects in jewellery workmanship. This voluntary warranty is in addition to, and does not replace, mandatory consumer rights.

    The limited warranty does not cover normal wear and tear; scratches; loss of polish or plating; accidental damage; misuse; impact; improper cleaning or storage; exposure to chemicals; bent, stretched, or broken components caused by force or wear; gradual loosening or loss of stones; theft or loss; size changes; or damage caused or contributed to by unauthorized repair, resizing, or alteration.

    Before sending an item for warranty assessment or service, you must contact support@jewelixatelier.com, obtain written authorization, confirm the approved return address, and follow our packaging, customs, insurance, and carrier instructions. Do not send warranty jewellery to our registered office or any other address unless that address is confirmed in writing for the specific return.

    For security and insurance purposes, warranty returns must use the delivery carrier or return method designated or approved by Jewelix Atelier. If you choose a different carrier without our written approval, the shipment travels at your risk to the extent permitted by law, and Jewelix Atelier is not responsible for loss, theft, misdelivery, or transit damage caused while the item is under that unauthorized carrier’s control. This restriction does not remove responsibility that applicable law places on Jewelix Atelier.

    Warranty return shipping and carrier charges vary according to the customer’s location, parcel value, insurance requirements, customs procedures, and the nature of the claim. Any charge payable by the customer will be communicated before the return shipment is arranged. If inspection confirms a covered manufacturing defect, return-shipping responsibility will be handled according to our written warranty authorization and applicable law. Where mandatory law requires Jewelix Atelier to bear the cost, the customer will not be charged.

    The end of the six-month voluntary warranty does not affect any consumer right or remedy that applies for a longer period under mandatory law.

    To request a return, refund, or exchange:

    1. Email support@jewelixatelier.com with your order number, the item to be returned, and the reason for the request. You may also call +1 (307) 220-4018, but written email confirmation is required before sending jewellery.
    2. Wait for written authorization from our support team, confirmation of the approved return address, and packaging, carrier, insurance, and customs instructions. Do not dispatch or redirect any item before receiving this confirmation.
    3. Securely package the item with all applicable boxes, tags, accessories, grading reports, certificates, and documentation.
    4. Use a tracked and adequately insured shipping service unless we provide a specific carrier or label.
    5. Declare the parcel accurately and follow all export, import, and customs requirements stated in our instructions.

    Do not send a return to our Wyoming registered office, a manufacturing location, or any other address unless that exact address is provided in the written authorization for your return. An address used for a previous order or return must not be reused without new confirmation.

    If a laboratory grading report, certificate, or other original document was supplied with an item, it must be included with a voluntary return.

    If documentation is missing, we may decline a voluntary return or, where permitted by law, deduct the actual reasonable replacement or reissue cost, up to USD 150 or its equivalent, from the refund. We will not impose a fixed charge exceeding the reasonable cost actually incurred.

    Missing original packaging or documentation will not by itself prevent a remedy for a valid faulty-product claim where applicable law provides otherwise.

    For a voluntary change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping, tracking, insurance, export documentation, customs procedures, duties, taxes, and clearance costs unless applicable law or our written authorization states otherwise. Return-carrier charges vary by origin, destination, parcel value, service level, insurance, and customs requirements. Where Jewelix Atelier arranges the return, the applicable estimated charge will be communicated for acceptance before the label or collection is arranged, unless we are legally required to provide the return without charge.

    Do not mark a returned parcel as having no value or provide an inaccurate customs declaration. Any non-recoverable charge caused by incorrect paperwork, refusal, non-compliance, or an unauthorized return may be deducted from a discretionary refund to the extent permitted by law.

    Use only the carrier and service approved in the written return authorization. If we expressly allow you to arrange the carrier yourself, the return remains at your risk until it is delivered to the authorized return location, except where mandatory law provides otherwise. If you use an unapproved carrier or send the item without authorization, Jewelix Atelier is not responsible, to the extent permitted by law, for loss, theft, misdelivery, customs detention, or transit damage occurring while the item is under that carrier’s control. We strongly recommend tracking, signature confirmation, and insurance for the full product value.

    Where Jewelix Atelier provides the return carrier or label for a confirmed defective, damaged, misdescribed, or incorrect item, responsibility will be determined by applicable law and the written return instructions.

    After the return is delivered to the authorized location, we aim to acknowledge receipt promptly and ordinarily complete inspection within two business days. Complex authenticity, damage, wear, stone, or manufacturing assessments may require additional time.

    We will email you when the return has been approved, declined, or referred for further assessment. Approval of a return request before shipment does not guarantee a refund; final eligibility is determined after inspection, subject to mandatory law.

    An approved refund will be issued to the original payment method unless applicable law requires or permits another method agreed with you. We do not normally issue cash refunds for card or electronic-payment purchases.

    We aim to submit an approved refund within 10 business days after completing the return inspection. Where mandatory law requires an earlier refund or calculates the refund period from an earlier event, that requirement will apply.

    After we submit the refund, a bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require approximately 5–10 additional business days to display the amount in your account. This external processing time is outside our control.

    Subject to mandatory law:

    • the product price and any refundable taxes paid to us will be refunded for an approved full return;
    • import duties, VAT, GST, brokerage, customs, currency-conversion charges, and other amounts paid directly to third parties are not refundable by Jewelix Atelier; and
    • reasonable deductions may be made for diminished value, missing items, or replacement documentation where legally permitted.

    An eligible product may be exchanged within the 30-day return period, subject to inspection, availability, price differences, and the exclusions in this Policy.

    Because jewellery configurations and prices may vary, we generally process an exchange by returning the original eligible item and placing a new order. Any price difference must be paid, and any approved balance due to you will be refunded to the original payment method.

    Placing a new order before the return is approved may expedite delivery but creates a separate charge. It does not guarantee approval of the original return.

    To request cancellation or a change, contact support@jewelixatelier.com or +1 (307) 220-4018 as soon as possible.

    We will try to accommodate the request, but cancellation or change is not guaranteed. An order generally cannot be cancelled or changed after dispatch. A custom, personalized, or made-to-order product may not be cancellable once production, stone sourcing or allocation, engraving, resizing, or other individualized work has begun.

    If work has begun and cancellation is accepted at our discretion, any deduction will be limited to reasonable costs or losses actually incurred where required by applicable law. This does not affect a mandatory cancellation or withdrawal right that applies to an eligible order.

    If Jewelix Atelier cancels an unfulfilled order, the applicable amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method, subject to mandatory law.

    This is Jewelix Atelier’s standard worldwide policy. Nothing in this Policy excludes, limits, or replaces any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. If mandatory law applicable to an order provides the customer with greater protection, that protection will apply only to the extent required by law.

    The 30-day period and original-condition requirements govern voluntary change-of-mind returns. They do not prevent a valid claim concerning an item that is defective, damaged on delivery, unsafe, misdescribed, materially different from approved specifications, or incorrectly supplied. Customization does not remove mandatory rights relating to such problems.

    We may decline a discretionary return or take reasonable protective action if we identify return fraud, substituted goods, counterfeit or altered documents, deliberate damage, abusive conduct, or repeated misuse of this Policy. This does not permit us to refuse a legitimate statutory claim.
